The struggle is real

It has been awhile since I have poured my heart out on the blog. Exhaustion has taken over and greatly effecting our emotions.
Harrison has struggled with nightmares for the past 4-6 weeks. I thought it would go away after Halloween (I remember last year around Halloween was a bit difficult). This does not compare. Harrison was staying up past 9pm in his bed, afraid to go to sleep. He then wakes up in the middle of the night and crawls into bed with Bill and I. We just want to sleep! We tried the cot next to my bed, nope that was a no go. Thankful for my momma's suggestion to see if the doctor has any suggestions. Since last Wednesday I have been doing the same routine and then sitting in the rocking chair until Harrison falls asleep. Woohoo for no more late nights. Reading is done at 7:45pm and asleep by 8:30pm. This will help him to build confidence that he is safe to fall asleep.

Next phase is to have Harrison build confidence in going back to sleep. Slow progress...I have been taking Harrison back to bed and waiting for him to fall back to sleep. This requires me to do several times each will not last will get better.

For now I would love prayers:

Harrison to build his confidence sooner then later on being able to go back to sleep on his own

Kids at school to stop saying monsters come out at 3am

Our kittens, Cookie and Shortbread, would stay away from coming upstairs into the bedroom as soon as the door is cracked open (this is a new thing that started Thursday night)

God is so good, God is so good!

Jurassic World Indominus Rex Breakout Lego set...

Harrison and Bill spent all morning yesterday organizing a huge bag of legos to filter out 1 of 2 sets we bought from USA Lego and minifigure buy sell trade Facebook group (saved a lot of money on this particular set!!!)
Finished product, built by Harrison. I love his excitement and love for Legos.

A couple first timers...

This momma had no idea that the Zoomazium could be so much fun! These two were in the zone of exploring!
The huge tree house was intimidating to H and L at first. H concurred it first and gave Lewis some great coaching skills.

Harrison tried to teach Lewis a new card game.
Lewis LOVED his first experience at pushing the kid cart at Trader Joe's!

Memphis and Aunt Pene

Ready or not here we go to Memphis (boys were so helpful in pulling the suitcase after the wheel broke).
The original 3! These boys had many playdates in Hyderabad, then Barcelona last summer, now in Memphis.
Memphis was hot but these boys were troopers!
Luara and I happened to be wearing tree pendents and I thought it was only fitting to capture Lewis walking on the roots of a huge tree.
Pile up on Momma in Graceland
So glad we took the time to tour Graceland and learn a lot more about Elvis!
Completed the outing with Elvis glasses!
Our airbnb was awesome! Here the boys are hanging out in the attic play area.
We made it to the top of Bass Pro Shop!

Thankful for our conversations and for the love Laura has given me. She reminds me of how faithful our God is and how he is aways with matter what. We have experienced being around the world together. Wonder where our next meet up will be?!

Dinosaur ShrinkyDink watching from Aunt Pene. After landing from Memphis we picked up Bill's Aunt Pene to spend a couple days with us before her cruise took off. She brought dinosaur figures and activities for the boys. They were very excited!
After taking Aunt Pene to the top of the Space Needle (must get pictures from her) we spotted these two to finish our sunny Seattle day.
