For years I have fought the fight to rest or nap. Thinking it showed that I was lazy... there are too many things to be done, I can’t rest! I am very far from lazy. I love fiercely and one way to show it is by taking time to care for myself. Caring for myself so I can be a better (NEVER perfect) mommy to Harrison and Lewis. Taking time for myself, encouraging them to take time and care of themselves. So here I am at 9:15am napping ❤️
