A wonderful birthday

On Friday Sangeetha (our maid) bought Harrison a cake to kick start the birthday weekend! 

Our pirate is FOUR! 

Faiyaz (our driver) baked a yummy pineapple cake for Harrison's birthday, of course the pirate ship was outsourced from a very yummy bakery! 

Faiyaz and his family (his wife, Alia is in pink and their oldest son in the middle, the 14 yr old started home). This is his extended family. I was so excited to have his family come join us.

The many faces of Harrison

Harrison thought it was very cool to sit on his first motorbike...no I did not let him go for a ride on it.  

I bought Harrison a new pair of shoes and when I had him try them on and commented that they were like Jude's running shoes he got so excited and said "I have always wanted running shoes!" He proceeded to run and dance around the apartment.

After playing "Snakes and Ladders" at Jude's house and while the adults were playing "Ticket to Ride" Harrison fell fast asleep...

After a long day of swimming Harrison enjoyed some (not all) of the pint of vanilla ice cream...that was the only size available...he had quite the sweets indulgence on vacation.

This was truly an amazing vacation for our family. We loved spending time together collecting seashells, swimming at the pool and eating a lot of great food!
